[EVENT | October 7] Fall Issue Launch: Technology and the Crisis of Work

Join us on Wednesday, October 7 at 7 p.m. (EST) for a conversation on the special section of our Fall 2020 issue with its guest editors and contributors.

Katrina Forrester and Moira Weigel have guest-edited a special section on Technology and the Crisis of Work for our Fall 2020 issue. Drawing on the work of socialist feminists, the essays in the section examine labor—digital and in-person, paid and unpaid—in the era of COVID-19 and beyond.

Join us on Wednesday, October 7 at 7 p.m. (EST) for a conversation with Forrester and Weigel, as well as contributors Tressie McMillan Cottom, Veena Dubal, and Julia Ticona for the issue launch. The panel is cosponsored by Logic magazine, free to attend, and will include time for questions from the audience.

We’ll be streaming the launch on Zoom. To watch and submit questions live during the event, you’ll need to RSVP here. Visit the event page on Facebook for up-to-date information.
