Join Michael Walzer for a lecture on politics and democratic internationalism.

Walzer’s lecture will look back at the Democratic Review, a short-lived but historically important journal from the 1840s, as it foreshadows later developments in American politics. Walzer is Professor Emeritus at the Institute for Advanced Study and was co-editor of Dissent for more than thirty years. His many books include Just and Unjust Wars, On Toleration, and most recently, The Paradox of Liberation.
