Frank Pasquale and Siva Vaidhyanathan

Frank Pasquale is a professor at Seton Hall School of Law and has written several law review articles on search engines and testified before the House Judiciary Committee in 2008 on antitrust in high tech industries. Siva Vaidhyanathan is a professor of media studies and law at the University of Virginia and the author ofThe Googlization of Everything—and Why We Should Worry (University of California Press, 2011).
